Every Aurelia bowl is an individual work of art, inspired by the overlapping beauty of natural ocean flora and classical scalloped architecture.

​Meticulously hand-shaped by our master artisans, this piece requires hours of dedicated labor. The process begins with our specialty earth stone, which is carefully hand-kneaded, rolled, and cut into individual layered scales. These are then painstakingly built up, piece by piece, over several days, to create its cascading, tiered wall. Once the structural form naturally air-cures to its resilient, bone-dry state, it undergoes a detailed hand-sanding process to smooth the raw stone while preserving its natural, earthy texture. The finishing touch is applied by hand—each scallop is individually rimmed with a rich, metallic gold-leaf gilding, capturing a perfect juxtaposition of rustic stone and opulent luxury.
